Project Overview
STA Somalia successfully implemented this well in Buulo Xaji village, located in the Hiiraan region near Bledweyne. The well was constructed close to vulnerable households to ensure safe and reliable access to clean water for daily use, benefiting both the community and their livestock.

A manual hand pump was installed, and community members received practical training on hygiene practices and basic maintenance to help ensure the well remains functional for many years to come.

This well was generously donated by family and friends as sadaqah jariyah on behalf of a deceased loved one. May Allah accept it from them, grant the deceased Jannah, expand their grave, and make this well a continuous source of reward. Allahumma ighfir lahu/ha warhamhu/ha, and make this a lasting benefit for generations to come.
